Uztelecom's call center was overwhelmed. Subscribers had no way to manage their plans, check balances, or pay bills without calling in. The goal was simple: give people a reason to never call again. I designed MyUztelecom from scratch as the sole designer. Today, more than half of the entire subscriber base uses the app daily, and the most common call center requests have dropped by 90%. What started as a self-service tool has grown into a revenue channel: the app now includes a fintech layer for payments, making it a super-app in the truest sense. 5M+ active users. #1 in the App Store Telecom category. Growing by 1 million users every year.
