Uzbekistan has a lot to offer, but finding things to do, places to stay, or restaurants to book was scattered across dozens of disconnected sources. I designed an all-in-one city guide for tourists and locals: events, excursions, hotels, restaurants, and more. The core design challenge was keeping the experience intuitive across wildly different use cases, from choosing a restaurant for dinner to buying an eSIM for international roaming. Everything had to feel like one coherent product, not a collection of features stitched together. The result: #1 in the App Store Travel category.
